Our Team

Barbara has been the lead Counsel at Credibilis Unlimited since its inception. With over 12 years of experience, she has advised the firm’s clients on regulatory and compliance matters in various sectors such as insurance, banking, reinsurance, hospitality, sports and entertainment, advertising, telecommunication, pension, manufacturing, education, print and media. She has extensive knowledge in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance and compliance. She has advised both local and international clients on a wide range of legal issues.

Ernestina is a legal counsel with the firm. She was called to the Bar in 2022. Prior to joining Credibilis, Ernestina's journey into the legal profession was enriched by hands-on experience gained through internships with two prominent law firms; Nkrabeah Effah Darteh & Associates and Excel Legal Consultancy. She undertook her pupillage with Credibilis and has since been working with the firm. During her internships and pupillage, she focused on litigation and corporate law gaining valuable insight into the intricacies of legal practice in Ghana. Ernestina holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Ghana and an LLB from Central University. She also holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.

Cyril is a Legal Officer at Credibilis. He was called to the Bar in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Information Studies and Psychology from the University of Ghana, LLB from Central University and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. Cyril has held the position of a Pupil at Tasha Lamptey Law Office, Teaching Assistant at the University of Ghana School of Law and Intern at Beacon Law Consult. Cyril comes to his role with experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution in matters relating to Family Law, Probate, Immovable Property Law, Company and Commercial Law, Debt Recovery and Legal Research.

Kojo is the Operations manager of Credibilis Unlimited. Kojo holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Information Studies and Linguistics from the University of Ghana. Kojo comes to his role with a wealth of experience in Document Control and Archiving as well as Human Resource and Administration. He has held various positions with Fidelity Bank, L’aine Services Limited and Tenth Generation Services limited. Kojo assists the Head of the firm with administering the day to day affairs of the firm as well as providing Company Secretarial Services for clients of the firm.
